1. Ordering and Payment:

1.1 Product Orders: By placing an order through our website, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in product information, or pricing errors.

1.2 Payment: All payments are processed securely through Square Space and affiliates. You agree to pay the total amount specified at the time of purchase, including any applicable taxes and shipping fees.

2. Shipping and Delivery:

2.1 Shipping Times: We will make reasonable efforts to ensure that products are shipped and delivered in a timely manner. However, we are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control.

2.2 Shipping Address: It is your responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for products delivered to an incorrect address.

3. Returns and Refunds:

3.1 Refund/Return Policy: If you are unsatisfied with your product due, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return questions at sylviaoharaart@gmail.com.

3.2 Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

3.3 Exchanges: Exchanges are on a case by case basis. As each item is unique, please reach out to sylviaoharaart@gmail.com with questions or concerns.

3.4 Refunds: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Please note that shipping costs will be subtracted from your return amount.
